I am an experienced counsellor and ACT therapist who has helped people experiencing a range of problems: anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, eating problems, addictions, and people living with illness. The aim of my approach is to help you live more fully according to what matters to you most. This approach is based on ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) which is a mindfulness based behavioural therapy.
